NOTE: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class in order to prepare the mats, warm up, participate in breathing and relaxation/focus exercises prior to the start of training.
In addition to your normal regular training routine – all students graded 2nd Kyu and above are invited and encouraged to assist with at least one Kids Class per week. [You will not only find it a most rewarding experience, but also receive additional personal coaching / advanced training as a natural result of your commitment to the dojo community.]
